  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Certificates and documentation must be returned with the item
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us to request an exchange and receive a Return Authorization Number
  2. Return the original item following our return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the exchange item
  4. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  5. If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
